Further to our announcement on 22 May 2024, we inform that APS Evolution S.r.l. (a holding company controlling the Italian APS Designing Energy S.r.l. and the Polish KTI Poland S.A.) has been 100% acquired by KT – Kinetics Technology (MAIRE).

We announce that APS Evolution S.r.l. (a holding company controlling the Italian APS Designing Energy S.r.l. and the Polish KTI Poland S.A.) has been 100% acquired by KT – Kinetics Technology (MAIRE).
Closing is subject to certain conditions precedent customary for this kind of transactions, further to those required by the applicable law and is expected in about three months from signing.
APS is a General Contractor operating in the Energy Sector and dealing with design and realization of industrial plants.
Our expertise is in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Green Process and Energy industries.
