APS SpA and Mecon Limited signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today Friday 20 January 2017. The MoU was signed in the APS’ premises in Rome, Italy by Mr. Antonio Quadrato, CEO and Founder of APS, and Mr. Goutam Chatterjee, Mecon General Manager (Marketing).
This agreement reflects the mutual intentions of the parties to cooperate for the purpose of implementation of investment projects across South Asian Countries.
Mecon is widely known Indian public Company. It is a leader in iron industry in India and provides services in Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure and other specialized areas. Mecon plays a significant role in the development of Indian Industries.
The signing of the MoU is an important step towards the expansion of APS business in the Asian Market. APS sees a big potential in the Indian market and this strategic partnership will open new growth opportunities abroad. APS and Mecon are looking forward to a productive and successful partnership.
