Intellectual property rights in relation to the Web Site
The material available on the Web Site (photographs, articles by internal writers, news on APS) including the graphic layout, the application software, codes and format scripts used to implement the Web Site, remain the exclusive property of APS and may not be copied, modified, reproduced, transferred or downloaded, nor utilized in any way without prior written consent of APS, with the exception of exclusively personal use of such material. Trademarks and logos on the Web Site are the property of APS, and may not be used in any other Internet site or any other means of communication without prior written consent of APS.
Data subjects’ rights
The data subject may exercise at any time his or her right in respect of the controller or processor under UE 679/2016 Regulation, chapter III, RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT, art. 12-21.
If you wish to revise, correct, update, suppress, limit or delete your personal data processed by us, please contact the protection officer at privacy-GDPR@aps.it. APS commits itself to respond within 30 days of receiving the notification. Where this deadline cannot be respected, reasons in writing shall be given to the requesting Party.
This service is provided free of charge. In case of manifestly unfounded claims (ex. no data are available about the data subjects’ right) and/or massive demands (ex. unworkable and repetitive requests) APS may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing information.
Any data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority regarding the processing and protecting of him or her personal data.
